Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
Non-Refundable: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items that are worn, used, damaged, or washed.
